If you travel from the center of Hanoi, you can take Bus No. 64 to the gate of Lam Truong area, from there you can walk about 2 – 3km to our place

Does U Lesa offer day-use stays?
Daytime Stay Packages at U Lesa
U Lesa offers 3 options for day-use stays:
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM:
Rate = Overnight price minus 10%1:00 PM – 9:00 PM:
Rate = Overnight price minus 10%8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (full-day use):
Rate = Equivalent to 2 nights, with a 10% discount,
This is to avoid scheduling conflicts, as regular check-out time is 12:00 PM.

“Quán Bên Rừng” is located within the accommodation premises. It’s a cozy and convenient spot where guests can enjoy full meals or simply relax with a drink.

Thông Reo Cafe
The café is situated in an elevated area surrounded by ancient pine trees and mountain forests. Savor a cup of Vietnamese coffee while watching the gently swaying branches — a truly memorable experience for visitors.

Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations:
U Lesa can only refund 10% of the total amount paid if a guest cancels after payment has been made.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the check-in date.
For Date or House Changes:
If U Lesa is able to resell the original booking within 72 hours before the check-in date, and the guest successfully chooses a new date and a new house, a 30% rescheduling fee (based on the standard room rate) will apply.
Bookings can only be rescheduled once, and the new stay must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.
Please note: U Lesa does not offer refunds or rescheduling due to weather conditions.

To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
Please bring your own toothbrush to avoid using disposable plastic ones. If you forget, the Front Desk can provide a complimentary wooden toothbrush along with other free amenities.
Please bring your own mosquito repellent, as our forested area has plenty of greenery. You can also purchase repellent at Quán Bên Rừng or borrow some from Quán Bên Rừng, Kafa Café, or the Front Desk.
Pets are not allowed for hygiene and allergy-related reasons. If you bring a pet, a penalty fee of 1,000,000 VND will apply. Please contact the Front Desk for assistance and to borrow a cage (if available).
Do not litter in the rooms or around the property.
Please avoid eating meals inside the rooms. Light snacks like candy, fruit, instant noodles, and chips are fine.
No smoking or discarding cigarette butts/ashes inside the room or anywhere on the property to prevent fire hazards.
Please enjoy all main meals at the restaurant area, even if you bring your own food.
Do not bring illegal substances or stimulants. If discovered, U Lesa reserves the right to ask guests to leave immediately without a refund.
Absolutely no loudspeakers, outdoor music, or karaoke. Please help us maintain the forest’s peaceful atmosphere and respect other guests’ privacy.
In the case of noise complaints from neighboring guests or nearby residents, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and decline any refund.Noise Notice: On weekends, there may be some noise from nearby properties that are not managed by U Lesa, usually between 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding.
Electricity in the forest: On hot days (above 30°C), the national power grid may become unstable. U Lesa is equipped with backup generators, but at peak hours, air conditioners may run at reduced capacity. If the power flickers, please be patient while our team switches to generator power.
Forest mosquitoes: During spring and summer, mosquitoes are common. We provide mosquito rackets in all room types, and mosquito nets in some rooms upon request.
Shared swimming pool: Please bring swimwear to enjoy our new pool!
As there is no lifeguard, we kindly ask you to watch over children and non-swimmers. U Lesa is not responsible for any accidents.
For hygiene, please shower before entering and do not wear regular clothes in the pool – only proper swimwear is allowed

If you pre-order meals, please make payment at the Front Desk upon check-in.
