The Most Budget-Friendly Way to Get to U Lesa
To reach U Lesa affordably, you can start from Mỹ Đình Bus Station and catch bus number 64. This option is perfect for students — after class, grab your friends and hop on a quick bus getaway into the forest for some coffee and nature, then return the same day!
Bus 64 will drop you off right at the entrance of Lâm Trường Village, Minh Phú Commune, Sóc Sơn. From there, you can either take a short motorbike ride or taxi to U Lesa.
Feeling active? You can also walk the remaining 1 km to enjoy the fresh air and forest views — a refreshing way to stretch your legs and start your retreat
Get U Lesa by yourself
We’ll be filming some of the common routes people take when traveling to U Lesa by motorbike. Depending on your location, you can choose to start your journey from central Hanoi and head out via either Nhat Tan Bridge or Vinh Tuy Bridge.
We usually take Nhat Tan Bridge, then follow the route:
Nhat Tan Bridge → PVOIL Phu Lo Gas Station → Lam Truong Gate, and head straight to U Lesa.
As you’ll see, the road is not difficult to navigate — it’s actually very pleasant. There are even many beautiful spots along the way that might surprise you. It’s hard to believe that just over 30km from Hanoi, the atmosphere and scenery can feel so different.
